The versatility and reliability of 24V/230V inverters in conjunction with 24V battery systems make them an indispensable component in many areas and applications, especially where a stable, powerful and self-sufficient power supply is required. 24V/230 inverters enable the power supply of electronic devices and household appliances in boats, expedition vehicles, construction site vehicles, lorries with various superstructures and areas of application. The 24V/230V inverter is connected to the 24V starter battery system or 24V body battery system or an alternative 24V DC source and generates 230V alternating current from it. The Phoenix 24/250 inverter offers a constant output of 200W and is a small inverter that is suitable for use with monitors, televisions or the connection of various chargers for drones, cameras or notebooks. Sensitive electronic devices can be connected without hesitation, as this inverter generates a true sine wave with 230V alternating current.
VE.Direct communication connection
If you have connectedyour inverter to a computer (VE.Direct to USB interface cable required - VE.direct to USB), an Apple and Android smartphone, a tablet or other devices (VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart Dongle required - Smart Dongle), your Victron inverter is fully configurable. You can set the threshold values for triggering and resetting alarms when the battery charge level is low or for switching off and restarting when the battery voltage is low. You can also customise the threshold value for dynamic switch-off depending on the applied load. The output voltage can be set from 210V to 245V and the frequency between 50Hz or 60 Hz. To use the ECO mode individually, the threshold value for ECO mode on/off and the ECO mode sensor can also be configured here. The input and output voltage, the percentage load and the alarms can also be monitored.
Proven reliability
The complete bridging with an additional ring transformer topology has proven itself over many years. The inverters are short-circuit proof and protected against overheating (whether caused by overload or ambient temperature).
High switch-on power
When switching on inductive loads such as pumps or motors, an increased current can flow shortly after switching on due to the build-up of the magnetic field. This is where the high switch-on power of the inverter comes into play.
ECO mode
You can use ECO mode to reduce power consumption in load-free operating mode. In standby mode, the inverterswitches to standby mode and significantly reduces its output voltage, which saves energy . In standby mode, the inverter checks every 2.5 seconds whether a load greater than the preset minimum load is present; if this is the case, the inverter ends standby mode, ramps up the output voltage and supplies the load. If there is no load greater than the preset minimum load at the output, the inverter remains in standby mode.
LED diagnostics
The different LED colours and the type of flashing indicate different status messages of the inverter. To analyse these, please refer to the description in the manual.
Remote-controlled on/off switching (optional)
A remote on/off switch can be connected with a two-pole plug or between the positive pole of the battery and the left contact of the two-pole plug.
Load switching to another AC power source (optional)
